Eligibility


Builders, professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, trade contractors and any other association member are eligible to submit applications for the Awards of Excellence In Housing pursuant to the following eligibility requirements:

  • Entrant must be a BILD Lethbridge Region Member in good standing.
  • All projects must be located in our local region (within 200km of Lethbridge).
  • By entering a project or accepting a nomination, you confirm that you have read the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the conditions set out for the competition.

    The cost per submission is $175.00, excluding specific categories. 

General Information

· Entrants and nominees must be BILD Lethbridge Region members in good standing through the competition and awards event.

· All entrants agree to allow non-confidential information contained in their submissions to be exhibited or published by BILD Lethbridge Region.

· Judging is based on submitted photographs, plans, written material, video, surveys and required supporting documents. There are no site visits.

· Artist renderings are not accepted.

· Projects submitted in previous years are not eligible.

· The qualifying period is October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

· Housing must be located within 200 kilometres of Lethbridge unless a category states otherwise.

· Renovation projects must be residential and require a signed Homeowner Waiver Form.

· Missing or inaccurate information may reduce a score or make an entry ineligible.
