Requirements
Responses to each judging criterion, with each response limited to 150 words.
Minimum of 10 high-quality, public-use photographs.
Additional judging photographs may be submitted where permitted in Awardify.
Supporting evidence that verifies the need addressed, actions taken, participation and results described in the submission.
Optional professionally produced promotional video of no more than two minutes. The video should provide a concise visual overview of the initiative and will be considered with the written responses and supporting evidence.
